Expertise SME Development

Nehem International has worked in SME Development projects at sector level. These projects aimed at strengthening the capacity of Ministries, Chambers of Commerce, Employers’ Associations and other organisations to support the establishment and the development of SME’s, including support for start-up’s. Nehem has developed a comprehensive consultancy package, based on a portfolio of services, which proved their value in practice and offers highly skilled experts.

Next to this, Nehem carried out SME Development activities as parts of projects on social responsible restructuring of large state owned enterprises. These assignments targeted on all aspects of business restructuring, including management development, financial restructuring, marketing strategy, personnel and production.

Nehem International promoted SME establishment for groups of unemployed youth, disabled persons and women from ethnic minorities and supported regional governments with SME Development in a regional context.
